Yes. Every code is scanned and checked before it is listed. If one still fails to redeem we replace it or credit your account.

Nine times out of ten this is a display bug in the Pokémon TCG Live client rather than a dead code. Close the app completely, relaunch it, and check your collection — the packs are usually already there. If they are not, tell us on Discord and we will sort it out.

Open Purchase History on your profile and rate that code Not Working. That flags it to us with the exact code attached, and we replace it or credit your balance. Guest buyers can reach us on Discord with the order page link instead.

In the game, open the Shop and choose Redeem Code, then paste the 13-character code. On your order page each code also comes with a QR code, which is far quicker than typing it on a phone. Our guides page walks through it step by step.

Yes, and there is no cap. The price per code is the same whether you take 1 or 500, so streamers, content creators and collectors do not need a separate wholesale tier — the everyday price already is one.

Because almost nothing here is done by hand. Sourcing, scanning, listing and delivery all run on our own automation, so there is very little overhead to price in and the difference goes to you instead.

Credit and debit cards through Stripe, and PayPal. Both run on their own PCI-compliant checkout — your card details go to them, never to us, and we never see or store them.

Everything is priced and charged in euro. The site can display an approximate conversion into your local currency so you know roughly what you are spending, but that figure is indicative — the amount that reaches your card or PayPal statement is the euro one, converted by your own bank at its rate.

Not on any normal top-up. We absorb the payment processor's fee from €2.95 upwards by card and from €5.31 upwards on PayPal. Only below those amounts is the fee added on top, because the processor's fixed charge would otherwise be most of the payment.

A delivered code cannot be refunded for a change of mind — you confirm that at checkout before any code is revealed, because a code that has been shown to you cannot be un-shown. A code that does not work is a different matter entirely: rate it Not Working and we replace it or credit you. Unspent balance is refundable at any time. Full detail in the refund policy.

No. Guest checkout only asks for an email address and pays by card or PayPal. An account — Discord or Google, no password to invent — adds purchase history, a reusable balance and the ability to rate each code as working or not.

It lets you pay once and buy many times. Top up, and each purchase draws from the balance instead of running a fresh card payment — fewer processing fees and a one-click checkout. Any unspent balance is refundable whenever you ask.

A code belonging to a streamer or content creator we work with. Enter it at checkout and it takes 1 cent off every single code in your order while crediting the sale to that creator. It costs you nothing to use and supports them directly.
