Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 August 2026
1. About PokePatrikVault
PokePatrikVault ("we", "us", "our") is an online store that sells digital Pokémon TCG Live redemption codes. By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. If you are under 18, you may only buy with the consent of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the purchase.
Pokémon TCG Live has its own age requirements and account rules, set by The Pokémon Company. Meeting ours does not mean you meet theirs, and we cannot redeem a code on your behalf.
3. Digital Products
All products sold are digital codes for use in Pokémon TCG Live. Codes are delivered instantly to your account balance upon purchase.
As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. At checkout we ask you to tick two boxes: one asking us to deliver immediately, and one acknowledging that doing so ends your withdrawal right for those codes. We record which wording you agreed to and when, and repeat it in your order confirmation. If you do not tick both boxes we cannot deliver instantly — your withdrawal right stays intact for the full 14 days.
This does not affect your rights when a code does not work. If a delivered code fails to redeem, we will investigate and provide a replacement or account credit as described in our Refund Policy.
4. Prices
The price you see is the price you pay. Every price shown on the site is the final amount charged, in euro. There is nothing added at checkout.
We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on these sales and we do not issue VAT invoices. If that changes we will say so here before it affects any price.
Payment provider fees are absorbed by us where they are small; where a fee is large relative to a top-up, the extra is shown to you before you confirm the payment, never after.
5. Account Credits
You may top up your account balance to buy codes. Credits are only spendable in our shop and cannot be transferred to another person.
Unspent credit stays yours. Ask us at any time and we will refund the unspent balance to the payment method you topped up with. We may deduct the payment provider's fee on the original top-up where it was not already charged to you. Credit that has already been spent on codes is covered by the Refund Policy instead.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use our platform for fraudulent activity, automated or scripted purchasing, or any attempt to obtain codes without paying for them.
Codes you buy are yours to use. Commercial resale of codes bought from us is not permitted under these Terms, and note that Pokémon TCG Live's own terms restrict transferring codes — that restriction is set by The Pokémon Company, not by us, and applies to you and to us alike.
7. Payment Disputes
If something goes wrong with a payment, contact us first — we would much rather fix it directly, and usually can within a day or two.
Nothing here removes your right to dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider. We will not close your account for exercising that right. We may suspend an account where we have evidence of fraud, such as a chargeback on a payment we can show was authorised and delivered, and we will tell you why.
8. Liability
PokePatrikVault is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc. or GAME FREAK inc. We are an independent reseller. We are not responsible for issues within the Pokémon TCG Live platform itself, including changes to how codes are redeemed or to your Pokémon TCG Live account.
We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes and Precedence
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will publish the new version with a new "last updated" date and give you at least 14 days' notice before it takes effect, by notice on the site and by e-mail where we hold your address. If you do not accept the change you may close your account before it takes effect and we will refund any unspent credit. Purchases already made stay governed by the Terms in force when you made them.
Where these Terms and a more specific policy disagree, the specific policy governs its own subject matter: the Refund Policy governs refunds, replacements and credits, and the Privacy Policy governs personal data.
10. Language, Law and Disputes
These Terms and the contract between us are concluded in English, and English is the language of the contract record.
The contract is governed by the law of Italy. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
Complaints: e-mail [email protected] with your order details. We acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and aim to resolve them within 14 days. We do not currently participate in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
