All products sold on PokePatrikVault are digital codes delivered instantly. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a code has been delivered to your account and displayed to you.
If you receive a code that does not work in Pokémon TCG Live, please rate it as "Not Working" in your purchase history and contact us on Discord with your order details. We will investigate and issue a replacement or credit where appropriate.
Top-up credits added to your account balance are non-refundable once added, except in cases of technical error on our part. Contact us on Discord within 24 hours of the issue.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in a permanent account ban. We are happy to resolve any payment issues directly.
